Light Falls

Olympus OM-2, H.Zuiko Auto-W 24mm f/2.8, Fuji 400H.  This is an exercise in exposure. Notice you can still see details in the shadows as well as in the highlights. If this scene were taken with most digital cameras, you’d either get no details in the highlights or no details in the shadows. By using film, I was able to capture both. This is how I “saw” the scene and with film, it allowed me to show the details in the extreme range from dark to light. Also note how extremely sharp the Olympus Zuiko 24mm f/2.8 lens is.
