Grandma Linda gave Shepard and Harrison a much needed haircut. Shepard especially because his hair would stand up every morning when he woke up. Here they are now getting their locks trimmed before and after. Now Shepard can take on Tiger Woods.

What can I say. It’s a beautiful place. The Getty Museum is worth visiting. I think I’ll let the photos speak for themselves.

I couldn’t resist. I just had to take out my camera to photograph my kids playing in the backyard before I took off for work. They were so cute, especially Harrison in his kimono. He looked like a baby penguin because he waddled when he walked. Shepard on the other hand has mastered riding his tricycle. Sometimes he would ride Harrison on the back and go as fast as he can. Enjoy these photos…

We all spent the a weekend in Vegas to see Grandma and Grandpa. They had just recently arrived from the Philippines and we thought Shepard and Harrison would be happy to see them. Turns out that Grandma and Grandpa were even more happier to have their grandkids around. Grandma made our favorite home cooked meals like pak seew and pakbet. Mmmm…

Hi everyone,
Here’s our latest and greatest visit to the Santa Ana Zoo. Shepard and Harrison had lots of fun especially on the Train Ride. Harrison didn’t want to get off. Enjoy the photos!

I’m beginning to get my feet wet on this blogging thing. I guess because one day, today, was as good as any to start. Let’s start with a few ideas I have in my head what this blog will be for. First, I am passionate about art. Specifically, photography, web design, and music. Also, I like technology. I’ll cover a bit that too.
First about photography. Since I was a boy I loved cameras. My first camera was a Canon FTb with a 50mm lens. Then I purchased my very first auto focus camera by Minolta. It was the Maxxum 7000. The first auto focus SLR on the market. Eventually I moved to a Maxxum 9000 and collected a total of four lenses. I took photos throughout my high school years always bringing with me a camera. In college, photographed for the campus paper and the magazine. After I got married I really didn’t pick up until I got a DSLR – a Canon Digital Rebel XT. I managed to collect a few L lenses such as the 135mm f/2.0 L and the 17-40 f/4.0 L. I also bought a 50mm f/1.4 which was my favorite when I used to shoot film.
I now have two boys and they are my main subjects as we venture to many places. I hope to upload photos to the web soon. I’ll start with my photobooks that I’ve created through MyPublisher.
Until the next post…
